Dubbed "the brazil kit" by fans - possibly because of the colours, possibly because a few of its outings saw Cabaye, Remy and Sissoko playing like Garrincha, Zico, and Socrates - Puma's third kit for the 13/14 season will be fondly remembered for years to come. Mercifully ignoring the brand's policy of contrasting a colour across the shoulders that year, Puma instead kept it simple with a bright yellow top, bright blue shorts, and white socks. Only a line of detail on each item straying from the block colour theme and even the much-maligned Wonga logo keeping nicely in line with the design. A pleasant and summery effort that brought a ray of sunshine into even the dreariest midweek November game.
