5 Moments That Defined Luis Suarez's Liverpool Career

4. His Dive In Front Of David Moyes

The striker had earlier been accused of then-Everton manager David Moyes of diving, and when Liverpool travelled to Goodison Park for the first Merseyside derby of the season, Suarez had a point to prove. Naturally, Suarez would find his way onto the scoresheet in the fiery 2-2 draw between the two sides, and as he whirled off to celebrate, he knew exactly what he wanted to do. Cantering over to Moyes, sat in the Toffees' dugout, the Uruguayan performed a dramatic belly flop in front of the Scot to make him eat his words. It was a moment that proved to the world that Suarez does have a sense of humour, and one of which won him plenty of admirers, with even Moyes saying he 'quite liked' the cheeky celebration. "I thought it was great," said the former Everton manager.
"I actually quite liked that and it is the sort of thing I'd have done if I'd scored."
