5 Things To Watch Out For 2013/14 Championship Season

1. QPR's Megastars

Much is expected of QPR this season after last seasons woeful performances after a summer of many big money signings. With players like Granero, Hoilett, Zamora and Park all failing impress and leading to relegation from the Premier League. QPR probably have the best squad on paper in the division, this is shown by many bookmakers who have made them favourites to return to the Premiership. However if they approach this season with the same attitude as last season it will not be an easy ride. Teams will relish the opportunity of playing the QPR and will raise there game to try and cause a significant upset. It will be important to have experience in there team, especially from the league winning team of the 2010/11 season. That is why I think the sale of Jamie Mackie to Nottingham Forest was a major loss. They will build it on a sturdy defence with new signing Richard Dunne and Danny Simpson. For a team that is used to losing so it is imperative for them to successful they need to start well and get a some consistency they will do ok. So who knows how QPR will do this season, with the unpredictability of the league anything could happen. What are you looking forward to for the new season? Let us know in the comments below.
