5. Hewitt Still Has It...
"Stan the Man" has never particularly liked Wimbledon, losing in the first round four times prior to this year's contest. Still, after making the Quarter Finals of the French Open for the first time, he might have thought he was in for a better chance at Wimbledon. But much like Robson was unlucky not to be seeded, the same could be applied to Lleyton Hewitt. The veteran Australian and 2002 champion continues in the twilight of his career, having a very good run at the Queens warmup tournament and looking likely to be able to cause a shock. So he did, much to the delight of the "Fanatics", his faithful Australian supporters. A very spirited performance saw Hewitt push Wawrinka all the way in each point, especially so when he went 4-1 down in the second set. Proving he could still do it, Hewitt won 6-4, 7-5, 6-3 and seemed to have the draw open right up for him.
