6 Predictions For UFC 194

3. Jacare Souza Vs. Yoel Romero

Weight Class: Middleweight The final non-title fight of the evening sees the man known as Jacare going up against "The Soldier of God" Yoel Romero in what could very well be a title eliminator pitting the winner against the victor of Chris Weidman vs. Luke Rockhold. Romero (10-1) is on a six fight win streak and coming off a key win over former light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida, but that was overshadowed by comments he made post fight about gay marriage in America. His action in the cage, however, should not be forgotten. Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza (22€“3 (1)), meanwhile, hasn't lost since 2011, back in his Strikeforce days. That was to current title challenger Luke Rockhold, and were both men to win Saturday night, there would be considerable interest in a rematch. While Romero has come a long way, capped off by his stellar win over Machida, it's hard to imagine him overcoming Jacare, who has looked unstoppable in the UFC so far. Romero's gas tank is sometimes a question, and which could let the Brazilian strike late. Jacare by submission in the third.
