6 Reasons Why Newcastle United Should Beat QPR

3. QPR Have Conceded A Premier League High 67 Goals This Season... Including Six Last Week Against Manchester City

Thankfully for Newcastle supporters there is one side in the Premier League who have conceded more than the Magpies' 61 - and that team is QPR. The west London club have shipped a Premier League-high 67 goals in 36 matches, at an average of almost two per game. Newcastle may have failed to score an away goal in 498 minutes of football - since Papiss Cisse netted against Crystal Palace back in February - but following the return of their Senegalese striker, even John Carver's men must be able to put a couple past QPR. Manchester City scored six - and let's be honest it could have been far more than that - against an at-times embarrassing QPR defence. If the Magpies cannot score past Rangers then they most certainly do deserve to go down.
