7 Contenders For PFA Player Of The Year 2020 Prize

3. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)

Ever since he signed for Liverpool, Mohamed Salah hasn't failed to deliver. His relentless run in the league has already broken numerous records and hit new milestones, whilst also making a mockery of the £37 million outlay that the Reds made in his acquisition.

He played a starring role in the memorable Champions League triumph last year, and has been a vital cog that kept the Reds juggernaut streamrolling this season. Salah's tally of 16 goals is as impressive as it gets, and that's bettered only by two players in the league. He's also chipped in with another six assists, for the record.

Even when he isn't scoring or assisting, he is still making a difference with his intelligent off-the-ball movements, sense of positioning, and expert link-up play.

The Egyptian ace is a Premier League legend in the making, and stands a very good chance of being named as the player of the year for a second time in only three years once the title is sewn up.
