Current Club: Schalke There's something awfully right about German football at the minute, and though Arsenal have just missed out on the chance to sign one of the country's bona-fide Wunderkind, they could be set to sign another of the hottest properties to emerge from a German club, in the very near future. Draxler has been a major part of Schalke's impressive style of play recently, and when he decides to head to pastures new - seemingly in a year if his most recent quotes are anything to go by - he will surely be met with a line of willing suitors offering Champions League football and endless affection. Because of the nature of the player, and the fact that he is a young European prospect, Arsenal were always going to appear high on that list, and that will continue up until September arrives, and indeed during January without any notice being paid to what the player actually says. Will He Sign? Not this summer. Draxler has repeatedly confirmed that he's going nowhere until he's had another year in Germany, and though Arsenal will remain favourites to sign him until he turns up holding a red and white shirt or someone else's, that will only be when he makes his own decision.
