Since bursting onto the scene on loan at Bolton Wanderers in 2010 Wilshere has received plaudits from all corners of the footballing world and is dubbed as having the potential to be one of the greats. Although known for his vision, movement and sheer determination he is equally know for his injury prone nature. His niggling injuries have meant that his development has stalled for club and country, resulting in him still waiting to have a full season of first team football under his belt. However, providing the minor surgery in pre-season has gone well we could be about to see Jack Wilshere's first injury free season. On his day he is as good if not better than anyone in the Premier League surely the key to Arsenal's success this season is keeping that young man fit. And with the World Cup in Brazil round the corner he will have let his feet do the talking to wrestle his way into Roy Hodgson's plans for the summer which will surely only encourage some outstanding performances providing Arsenal with the difference in tight matches at the business end of the season.
