Arsenal: 5 Reasons They Will Win The Premier League Next Season

2. Theo Is Coming Of Age

7 years ago Theo Walcott was thrust into the public eye when Sven Goran Eriksson named him in his England squad for the 2006 World Cup at the tender age of 16 when he hadn't even kicked a football in the Premier League. Since that call up he has been constantly analysed. Every now and then Theo showed us glimpses of his true potential like his hat-trick for England in Zagreb. However it was last season where we really got to see Theo Walcott. Breaking the twenty goal barrier showed that he was capable of playing up front in the Arsenal set-up, a position Wenger had been reluctant to play him in. With a new contract sorted last season and him finishing in a rich vein of form in the latter end of the season, it is looking more and more likely he will be able to fill that huge number 14 shirt at Arsenal. If Arsenal are going to be successful next season a big part of it will rely be having Walcott scoring consistently and reaching that magic twenty goals again.
