1. Arsène Wenger
In a summer of managerial change all over the Premier League I don't think you can underestimate the benefit of having a man like Arsène Wenger to lead the club. With the Arsenal starting their 17th season with him at the helm, there is no doubt he has transformed the game for us all, no matter what club we follow. Time after time he has been written off, saying he has lost the plot or the players. But time and time again he and his team come back with style and vigour and some how keep a firm hand on a Champions League spot. A lesser man might have given up with this shocking 8 year trophy drought but he is not that kind of guy. Wenger this season is hungry and is determined to get the proverbial monkey of the clubs back. And when they do Wenger should take all the plaudits.
