Arsenal, Man Utd And Chelsea Compete For "One Of The Best Players In The World"
Mario Gotze is growing frustrated at Bayern Munich.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are monitoring the availability of Bayern Munich midfielder Mario Gotze, according to The Express. The 23-year-old has reportedly become frustrated over a lack of support from Bayern manger Pep Guardiola despite playing 41 games last season and scoring 15 goals. Manchester United and Chelsea are monitoring Gotze's situation and Arsenal are now reportedly in the running as well.
The German international scored his country's winning goal at last summer's World Cup against Argentina in Rio, Brazil.
His agent, Volker Struth, said: "Of course I would have liked if Mario had felt more support in one or two situations. "I am fully convinced that when Mario feels this support, it is easier for him to show his incredible potential. Then he is one of the best players in the world." Bayern Munich triggered Gotze's release clause of 37 million in April 2013, making him the second most expensive German player to date, behind Mesut zil.
