The Daily Mail reports that Arsenal are anticipating the departures of four more players this summer, and are already looking to sign two high-flyers currently playing in La Liga. On Sunday, Gunners manager Arsene Wenger was quoted as saying that fringe players Nicklas Bendtner, Sebastian Squillaci and Park Chu-Young "will be on their way to go somewhere", though seemed less sure about Andrei Arshavin, declaring, "It depends. We have to sit together and talks. He could still have a future at the club". Arshavin has recently helped lead his home team, Zenit St. Petersburg to domestic glory, and that might be telling once negotiations begin. It appears that these four players are likely to be in Wenger's rear-view soon enough; they were not included in Arsenal's pre-season tour in Asia, and seems that Wenger must simply hope that solid offers come in for the quartet. Bendtner, who was on loan to Sunderland last term and enjoyed a solid performance in the Euro 2012 finals with the Danish national team, is likely to attract other squads, while Squillaci has frequently underperformed and Chu-Young was not esteemed enough to garner more than a solitary sub last term. The future pasture appears to involve Wenger's pursuit of the more aggressive, attack-orientated La Liga midfielders Santi Cazorla (Malaga) and Nuri Sahin (Real Madrid). The latter, however, would likely be a loan while Jack Wilshere is out of commission until the later part of the year at the earliest.
