Arsenal Transfers: 10 Players Wenger Must Buy To Stop The Rot

1. Kaka

Settle down everyone, I know what you are thinking but it's not that far fetched. It's clear that he no longer has a future in Madrid and it's also fair to suggest that he was a flop but make no mistake about he still has something to offer. Ballon d'Or winner in 2007 there is no disputing that he is one of the best players the game has seen in the last ten years and at 30 I don't think he is finished. Quick, composed, balanced and a highly skillful team player, who possesses a great shot, superb vision and fantastic passing ability. He could still walk into most teams starting lineups. It may seem like injuries and loss of form have hampered his Madrid career but in three years at the club he has made 92 appearances scoring 24 goals and making 31 more. Not shabby by any means. Arsenal fans let me ask you this simple question. Would rather stick with Arshavin, Rosicky and Arteta or would you rather have Kaka? AC Milan are already in talks for him but they would rather have a loan to buy and if they had to buy outright they are only willing to go as far as £15 million. His wages would be astronomical but would he not be worth it. Imagine the buzz that would go around the Emirates if Arsene Wenger was able to pull off this coup. It might even change Van Persie's mind about the lack of ambition shown by the club.
