2. His Reputation As A Cheat
As well as his worrying record for off-the-ball incidents, Suarez also has a reputation as a cheat. A recent Uruguayan advert starring the footballer
makes light of his penchant for diving but like his racism this is an aspect of his game that cannot be pardoned or laughed off. In October last year, former Stoke manager Tony Pulis branded Suarez
"an embarrassment" after the Uruguayan blatantly dived during Liverpool's 0-0 encounter with the Potters and called for him to be banned. Even Red's manager Brendan Rodgers
laid into his player afterwards. And it's not just the diving that is blighting Suarez's career. He
deliberately handled in the penalty area before scoring against Mansfield in the FA Cup in January, which led to the minnow's cruel elimination from the competition. He also deliberately hand-balled in the penalty area to stop Ghana from scoring a certain goal against Uruguay in the 2010 World Cup. It is these divisive and highly-controversial incidents that prove Suarez is more hassle than he's worth, and we haven't even touched on the worst part yet...
