Arsenal Transfers: Wenger's 10 Biggest Ever Flops

3. Davor Suker

suker Davor Suker arrived at Arsenal from Real Madrid in 1999 as a renown goalscorer. He scored 38 times in 86 appearances for Madrid, 76 times in 153 appearances for Sevilla, 34 times in 60 appearances for Dinamo Zagreb, and 40 times in 91 appearances for Osijek, where he began his career. The amount of goals he scored for Arsenal? 8. Suker seemed to be a player who was working backwards in his career. Instead of getting better and improving throughout his career, his form got steadily worse. He ended up spending just one season at Arsenal. Where is he now? After leaving Arsenal he joined West Ham for a year where he continued to stutter, scoring twice in 11 appearances. He eventually moved to 1860 Munich and retired. Today he is the current president of the Croatian Football Federation (seen in the above photograph).
