4. Marouane Fellaini
While he may not be Jose Mourinho's preferred choice, there are certain instances at Chelsea where Roman Abramovich has a deciding say in who the club buys, namely in the case of Fernando Torres. True enough, the Stamford Bridge outfit have been chasing the powerful Everton midfielder for quite some time now. In January, it was reported the club
were prepared to trigger the Belgium international's £25 million release clause to prise him from Goodison Park, and given the uncertainty surrounding Frank Lampard's Chelsea future, he would clearly be a welcome addition in the Blues' midfield. Fellaini is also capable of playing just behind the main striker in an attacking role and considering that Demba Ba and particularly the aforementioned Torres have toiled of late, one more attacking option can't hurt.
