Another striking option available to Chelsea in the summer is Atletico Madrid's Radamel Falcao, who has been setting La Liga alright this season with 27 goals in 31 appearances. He
has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the past and Mourinho knows just how good a player he is having seen him inspire Atletico to a 3rd place position in La Liga, one place and a point behind Real in the standings. Falcao would be the marquee signing Chelsea have been crying out for and would in all probability inspire them to glory and make them a force to be reckoned with in all competitions. The Colombian is familiar with Spanish football and could perhaps even be the perfect foil to Torres rather than his replacement. Falcao is the 3rd best player in La Liga and if Mourinho could persuade him to move to Chelsea and the Premier League Chelsea could return to those Special golden years...
