2. Karim Benzema
Considering Fernando Torres hasn't scored a league goal in 2013, it seems as though patience is at long last growing thin with the misfiring Spaniard at Stamford Bridge. Demba Ba arrived from Newcastle in January in a bid to make Chelsea more potent up front but he hasn't quite worked out either. It is becoming quite obvious that Chelsea need a new forward and these next pages examine two options available to them - one of which is Real Madrid's Karim Benzema. If Mourinho can persuade the Frenchman in joining him by making the move from the Bernabeu to Stamford Bridge in the summer, then the Blues will have themselves a very good player. He scored an incredible 32 goals in 52 appearances for Real Madrid last season during their La Liga winning campaign, and has also bagged 15 in 37 appearances during the current campaign. He will get you more goals than Fernando Torres and Mourinho knows him quite well.
