4. Edinson Cavani
Edinson Cavani is considered one of the best forwards in Europe and has lit up Serie A this season with Napoli. He has scored 27 goals in 26 appearances in all competitions for the Italian side which has very much put him in the shop window. Chelsea were linked with him last summer, but a move failed to materialise and the Uruguayan has since gone on to prove that the Blues were missing out by not landing his signature. It is understood Cavani has a £60 million release clause in his contract* and there's only a few teams who can afford to pay that sort of fee, and yes, one of them are Chelsea. However, the goal machine has also been linked with Premier League champions Manchester City**, and what a coup it would be for Rafael Benitez if he were to land his signature right from under their noses before the transfer window slams shut.
