Marco van Ginkel Marco van Ginkel is the hugely promising Vitesse Arnhem midfielder who has been making waves at the Under-21 European Championships with competition-favourites Holland. The precocious starlet scored 12 times for Arnhem last season and has already been capped by the senior Netherlands team. Mourinho is said to be a "huge fan" of the 20-year old, who has been tipped to become the club's second signing of the summer following the capture of Andre Schurrle. Chelsea have something of an aging squad with Fernando Torres turning 29 back in March, and John Terry, Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole all on the wrong side of 30. The Blues do however have emerging young talent in Oscar, Moses, Marin and Romelu Lukaku, and van Ginkel could become the bedrock of the Chelsea side in years to come.
