Eden Hazard Admits He Could Join Tottenham Hotspur in the Summer

Attacking midfielder and Lille wonderkid admits he could come to White Hart Lane next season.

The Sun newspaper. The attacking midfielder, who had been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and the two Manchester clubs along with teams in Spain and Italy has admitted he would prefer a move to England that he could come to White Hart Lane next season; "Maybe it will be Tottenham €” they're a big English club. I said I would go to England and they have some very good players there." Hazard, 21, has a reported release clause of £33 million and if he were to join Spurs he would smash their transfer fee record. Do Spurs have that kind of cash flying around to purchase one individual player, no matter how good Hazard is? Even if they finish in the Champions League slots (which looks certain now) it would be hard to see them front that kind of money on a footballer, though if they were able to secure him... he could perhaps be the missing key for them to move that one step closer to competing for the Premier League title next season.
