Everton 2-0 Chelsea: 6 Things We Learned

1. Farhad Moshiri Attended His First Game Since Joining The Everton Board

It bodes well for Everton that the club€™s new majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri watched on from the stands as the Blues recorded their most significant win of the season. The British-Iranian businessman was attending his first match since his 49.9% stake in the team was approved by the Premier League, and he saw Goodison Park at its best - a melting pot of passion and blue fire. A message from Moshiri appeared in the match€™s official programme, in which he pledged to provide the funding Everton will need to hold onto their top players. But will that be enough to prevent Lukaku from seeking Champions League football elsewhere? Do you think Everton can win the FA Cup? Share your thoughts below in the comments thread.
