Unlike some of the other clubs on this list, Wolves have actually been pretty lucky when it comes to goalkeepers in recent years. However, Emiliano Martinez deserves a dishonourable mention for his brief spell with the club.

With Carl Ikeme having established himself as the club's longtime number one, many fans questioned the decision to bring Argentinian youth international Martinez to the club on loan in 2015.

Martinez is developing into a capable understudy at the Emirates these days but in 2015 his confidence just wasn't quite there yet. During his single season at Molineaux Martinez failed to maintain his form and a shoddy showing against QPR sounded the death knell for his time in the West Midlands.
