Cesc Fabregas is available for selection in Fantasy Football again having returned to England following his three-season spell in Spain. Fabregas has joined Chelsea from Barcelona and is expected to be one of manager Jose Mourinho's biggest players in 2014-15. Or so Blues fans will hope at least having watched their club shell out £30 million on the former Arsenal hero. You can get him for a decidedly-less-expensive £9 million this summer and he may well be worth it given his goal-scoring and assists record. During his first spell in England, Fabregas became known as one of the league's best creative midfielders and between 200607 and 201011, created the most chances in the topflight leagues of England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France. The Spaniard provided 98 assists during his time with Arsenal and continued that impressive record in Spain with Barcelona by setting up 48 goals - and he can put them away himself, too.
