Fantasy Premier League Tips: 5 Essential Transfers For Week 4
3. Oliver Giroud
Team: Arsenal Value: £8.8 million Points In GW3: 9 Oliver Giroud has been Arsenal's stand-out performer since the beginning of the season. Another honouree member of that ever-elitist Dream Team, the France international has been found in inspired form of late, scoring in each one of the Gunner's three Premier League games to date. That form comes off the back of a respectable campaign last season which saw him net 11 Premier League goals, while his 21 in 36 appearances during his final season with Montpellier in 2011-12 suggests he has goals in him. With Arsenal suffering from something of a striking crisis of late, with Lukas Podolski out until Christmas, Giroud is expected to serve as the main breadwinner for the Londoners for the time being. As such, he's always likely to be one of the main sources of goals at Emirates Stadium between now and January, and at just £8.8 million, represents something of a bargain. Next game: Sunderland (A)
