Crash. Bang. Wallop. That's the sound of Cesc Fabregas's rating taking a bizarre nosedive despite the fact the midfielder enjoyed an exceptional personal season in 2013-14. Chelsea's new signing has inexplicably suffered a decrease of two points in FIFA 15 and we're still trying to puzzle out why. Rated 86 last year, Fabregas is mow only 84 despite the fact he scored eight goals in the league last term and provided 13 assists, while netting 13 and setting up 16 in all competitions. Yet his new score implies he had a bad season, and though that's true of his former club Barcelona, who finished the last campaign potless, it cannot be said of the 27-year-old. That Bayern Munich's Xabi Alonso has been given the same points rating as Fabregas is nothing short of ridiculous. His core stats have stayed mostly the same, with his skill moves still set at three stars, his pace remaining at 68 and his dribbling staying at 81, though his passing abilities have somehow been decreased despite his aforementioned assists ratio, with EA now ranking his passing at 88, down from the 92 he enjoyed in FIFA 14.
