3. John Heitinga On Loan From Everton
A story that emerged this morning was Fulhams interest in Everton defender John Heitinga, with the club interested in a loan deal. The departure of Aaron Hughes has increased the possibility of this deal being completed as Fulham look to replace the man that left for QPR. However, Everton manager Roberto Martinez revealed yesterday that the Dutch defender was in talks with Turkish outfit Galatasaray- which could provide Fulham with an issue. If the player does indeed leave it could spark more activity at Goodison Park.
