Daily Star, the answer is yes, with Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers plotting a swoop for the former Manchester City star once Luis Suarez's move to Barcelona has been finalised. Balotelli spent three years in England with City and despite making negative headlines with a raft of disciplinary incidents, scored 30 goals in 80 total appearances for the Citizens. The Italian moved to Milan in 2013 where the goals have kept on coming, with the charismatic forward netting 14 times in 30 Serie A appearances. Despite this, Milan are reportedly open to the notion of selling Balotelli this summer - if they receive the right bid. Rodgers is prepared to come up with a big offer for the Italian in the current transfer window, according to reports, but may first have to do battle with Arsenal for the player's signature. After selling one troubled star in Suarez, however, it remains to be seen if Rodgers will sanction a move for someone with almost just as much notoriety - no matter how talented he may be.
