2. Play a Quick Passing Game
Liverpool have been playing a new, exciting, quick passing brand of football this season and in many games they have been unlucky not to pick up all three points. That style of play will have to be present this afternoon if they are to stand any chance against a Tottenham side with great resolve and a good passing game themselves. In the games they have played together, Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge have looked like the perfect partnership, the way they interact and compliment each other is encouraging and both have been among the goals recently too. Feeding the front two, Liverpool have pacey wingers with good passing abilty and the ever industrious and brilliant Steven Gerrard, who's abilities need to introduction. All of these players in all of these areas on the pitch will have to use what Brendan Rodgers has taught them and really use the new system to its full effect this afternoon and if they do, we could see a comfortable Liverpool win because teams have struggled to deal it when Liverpool have been on form.
