1. Peter Crouch vs Simon Mignolet
Once again, our famous giant
wants to be called up for the England squad. He has bigger competition however, and faces the very real prospect of being overlooked. So if he wants to make his case he'll need to step out of his own shadow (which is pretty large) and prove to us that he still has what it takes. If that means coming back to haunt his former club, then so be it. But can he do it in front of a goal keeper on rock solid form? Simon Mignolet didn't concede all pre-season and I'm sure he'll want to keep that going. Simon had a great run last year with Sunderland and he'll want to prove that he isn't just a one season wonder, especially replacing the honourable goal keeping gloves of Pepe Reina. So with all this to look forward to, let battle commence!
