Man City Transfers: 10 DREAM Signings Manuel Pellegrini Could Make

10. Diego Lopez

Manchester City's problems in goal have been well documented this season. Last year, a series of costly blunders led to No.1 Joe Hart being dropped from the side by Pellegrini and replaced for a short while by Costel Pantilimon. Hart floundered for club and country with a series of gaffes and though he has fought his way back to regain a starting berth in City's XI, the Citizens are still looking into Diego Lopez. Pellegrini is reportedly weighing up a move for Real Madrid No.1 Lopez in case Hart has another wobble. Lopez was at the centre of a storm last season when Jose Mourinho, then Madrid manager, made him first choice and dropped Iker Casillas. And he could soon be usurping another goalkeeper.
