4. Luis Suarez

After Mario Balotelli's now infamous training ground clash with manager Roberto Mancini earlier in the month, the madcap Italian striker is almost certain to get the boot either in this transfer window or next. According to some reports, so sick of his behaviour is Mancini that he has already put the wheels in motion to sign a replacement - Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan is Liverpool's top goalscorer with 19 strikes this season and has been practically carrying the side on his own back for the majority of it, with manager Brendan Rodgers struck by a chronic striker shortage in recent times. His impressive goal-haul has not gone unnoticed by the Champion's this season, but a move is unlikely. Suarez won't be allowed to leave Liverpool because without him they would collapse, and City already have Edin Dzeko, Sergio Aguero & Carlos Tevez. Even if Balotelli did leave, that's still more than enough firepower. Source(s):
