Man Utd 3-1 West Ham - David Moyes "Taking It One Game At A Time"

Manchester United manager David Moyes says he is "taking it one game at a time" after his side's 3-1 win over West Ham moved them up to seventh in the Premier League. United had previously lost their last two league games at Old Trafford, to Everton and Newcastle, but a much-needed victory here put them back into contention for a top four spot. The Red Devils remain eight points adrift of league leaders Arsenal, who have a game in hand, and When asked if his side still had a chance in the title race this season, Moyes responded:
"I think the best thing is to just try and win the next game, if we win the next game we can start thinking about it, but there's a long way to go and we'll try to win the next one and see where we end up."
The Scot also refused to give assurances that he will bring in new players in the January transfer window. Earlier today, it was revealed midfielder Maroune Fellaini could be out for six weeks with a wrist and back injuries, while Nani has been sidelined with a hamstring problem. Robin van Persie had already been ruled out until the New Year with a thigh complaint, and when asked if he would be looking to bring in fresh faces next month, Moyes said:
"We'll look, but I wouldn't turn around and say that I'm massively sure that we'll get them, but we'll certainly be looking."
