Man Utd Are Set To Announce Next Signing For Another HUGE Fee

The Red Devils are set to pay Christian Benteke's £32.5 million release clause.

Manchester United have agreed a deal to sign Christian Benteke from Aston Villa, according to Metro. Louis van Gaal is still on the lookout for a first class striker and the Red Devils were linked with Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani earlier this week as they look to replace Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao. Reports now claim that they have now agreed to pay out the Aston Villa frontman's release clause which stands at £32.5 million. The 24-year-old ended last season in fine form and re-established himself under the guidance of Tim Sherwood as one of the Premier League's most deadly strikers. Liverpool and Chelsea had also been monitoring the player who scored 15 goals in 33 games during the 2014/15 season. Despite the reports Tim Sherwood expects his striker to stay at Villa Park.
