1. Winning The Champions League, 1999
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMiWFlMQNFs Six Premier League trophies, two FA Cups, four Community Shields, one FA Youth Cup, one Intercontinental Cup - the glittering trophy haul claimed by David Beckham during his Old Trafford career was topped off with the biggest trophy of them all - the Champions League in 1999. It's little wonder that the season of 1999 has factored into the top 3 of this list, considering the unprecedented success that year. Beckham played his part in all three glories, scoring that crucial leveller against Spurs, belting in that wonderful drive against Arsenal, and of course the two corner kicks that led to Teddy Sheringham's dramatic equaliser and Ole Gunnar Solskjær's now world famous toe-poked winner in the Champions League Final. It's a game that still makes the hairs stand up on the back of my neck and one which yielded one of the most famous of Sir Alex Ferguson's phrases afterwards: "Football, bloody hell"!" Bloody hell indeed. Thank you, David Beckham, for the memories. What are your favourite David Beckham moments?
