Nani is a player who has delighted and frustrated the Old Trafford faithful in equal measure during his time at the club. His feet sometimes move faster than his mind, which can lead to lots of trickery but little end product. He began his career at the club in scintillating fashion and for some time it looked like he would step out of the enormous shadow left by Ronaldo. Unfortunately, in the last season or so he has suffered from injury, rotation and inconsistency. Is five years too long for a player like Nani? On his day he has the ability to be one of United's best players but he has to turn in those performances on a more consistent basis. If he does this, then Nani still has the potential to enjoy a very successful future at the club.
