Of all the players featured here, a deal for Bruno Fernandes seems the most likely right now for Manchester United.

If you believe certain reports, the Red Devils have already agreed personal terms with Fernandes and it’s just a matter of time before a deal is finalised with Sporting Lisbon. And if that deal does go through, United have got a fine, fine players on their hands.

What Fernandes would bring to Old Trafford is an undoubted attacking flair and goals. Say what you want about the standard of Portugal’s Liga NOS, but there’s no disputing that Fernandes’ 20 goals in 33 league games last season is an impressive return. Throw in a further 13 assists, and you can see why the 24-year-old is being linked with a big-money move to England, Spain, or Italy.

The longer United leave it to get any deal for Fernandes over the line, the more chance they have of another club swooping in to steal the player from under their noses. Spending a reported £60 million on Bruno Fernandes would certainly be a risk, but Manchester United are at a point in time where they need to take risks as they look to improve on their past couple of Premier League campaigns.
