4. Marco van Ginkel
Could United be about to sign another youngster from Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem? Following the capture of left-back Alexander Büttner last year, the Red Devils now have midfielder Marco van Ginkel on their radar, according to the
Telegraph. The clubs chief scout, Jim Lawlor, watched the attacking midfielder during Hollands run to the semi-finals of the European Under-21 Championships in Israel this month and with just two years remaining on his contract, he has emerged as a prime target for the likes of Chelsea and Ajax, too. As well as performing at the U21 European Championships, van Ginkel has already made his senior debut for the Netherlands after coming on as a substitute in the 0-0 draw with Germany back in November. United's midfield could use an added injection of youth with stalwarts Michael Carrick and Ryan Giggs nearing the end of their career, and he could join Wilfried Zaha in becoming the latest up-and-coming attacking midfielder to move to the Theatre of Dreams.
