Man Utd Transfers: 5 Midfield Alternatives For Paul Pogba
5. Koke
Having failed to land three of La Liga's brightest talents last season in Ander Herrera, Cesc Fabregas and Thiago Alacantara, David Moyes has switched his attention to Koke. Reports claim Moyes sent a three-man delegation to Spain at the start of the month to negotiate a deal for the in-demand starlet, having identified him as the man to solve his problems. United lack a considerable amount of creativity this season with Tom Cleverley and Shinji Kagawa both struggling, and Koke could be the solution. The 21-year-old is considered one of the hottest young properties on the continent and has scored three times already this season, and has been a driving force in Atletico's surge into second in the table. Only last September however did Koke commit his long-term future to Madrid by penning a new five-year-deal, and a move for the youngster is perhaps one of the unlikeliest of Moyes's current available options.
