4. Sami Khedira
The German tends to drift in and out of the starting eleven at Madrid but given the right role he could well fit in the starting squad of United. I believe that Khedira would use his attributes perfectly in a deeper role at United, and with his work rate and willingness to drive the team forward, he would be an excellent candidate alongside Carrick. Playing two deep lying playmakers like Carrick and Khedira would open up extra space for the more creative players like Kagawa and Rooney. The availability of Khedira is unknown until the new Real Madrid manager is announced; however if he did become available he would be a great addition.

I'm a 24 year old working in insurance; this is not the life I thought I would have as a boy. I was certain I would be playing for England by now, unfortunately I lack the necessary stamina, skill, fitness, strength and technique. However the one thing I do not lack is passion for the game and I am able to, wrongly or rightly, conjure up an opinion about any aspect of the game. Good luck with that.
