Man Utd Transfers: 9 Sub-Par Players Who Need To Be Sold
5. Anderson
This is yet another player to feature on this list that is not up to the required standard of what it means to wear the Red of United. He came in with a lot of potential but years ago United fans gave up on him ever living up to the expectations. It has recently been reported that he would be allowed to leave in this window if the right offer came in. The problem with offloading Anderson is probably that he came with a very large fee that no other club would ever dream of offering close to. He's suffered with injuries that have held him back and he's never been anything more than a fill in the gap player. He's been in England for over six years now and hasn't played in much over 100 games, with the majority of those coming from the substitute bench. Anderson should go as soon as possible. It will be difficult for the board to face as it would show a huge loss in the transfer market but mistakes happen and he is one of them.
