£22 million buy-out clause in the contract he signed back in 2011, suggesting he isn't tied down to the club as many previously thought. Much like Fabregas, £22 million is a comparative snip and the Red Devils would certainly benefit from having someone endowed with the physical dominance Fellaini brings to the midfield. Able to play both defensively and offensively, his versatility would also provide United with more options next season.
