1. Wayne Rooney - England
Rooney has a point to prove tonight after being sent off here last time the two teams played in October 2011 and he will be hoping to make a different type of impact this time around. The Manchester United striker has never really found his top form when playing for his country but there is no doubting that he has the ability to make a real difference tonight and in England's push for World Cup qualification. Like Gerrard, we all know what Rooney brings to a game of football, he has the power and pace to compliment his skill and vision and an excellent finishing ability, being able to create chances for himself out of very little. The main problem with Rooney in the past has been his temperament, but he seems to have been able to bring that under control and his football has improved as a result, Rooney will be a threat tonight, make no mistake and if Montenegro fail to deal with him then England could have a very successful night in Eastern Europe.
