Joachim_Low Chelsea have recently begun the process of overhauling the old guard at Stamford Bridge, with club veterans such as Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole being informed that they are now deemed surplus to requirements and 32-year old John Terry probably reaching the end of his road as well. New blood has since been injected into the club in a bid to invigorate it with youth. The likes of 22-year old Eden Hazard and 21-year old Oscar have helped make Chelsea's midfield look a bit more sprightly. And if the Blues are going to continue down this route of investing in youth then who better to lead them than Joachim Löw? Germany were one of the youngest teams in the 2010 World Cup and today still rely on their youthful players such as Mario Götze (20), Lars Bender (23), Thomas Müller (23), Mats Hummels (24) and Mesut –zil (24). Löw has guided this young team to second place in Euro 2008, third place at the 2010 World Cup and was a semi-finalist at Euro 2012. He is a manager who can turn this young Chelsea team into a team of winners. Source(s): Daily Mail
