11. 30 - Players Used By Newcastle Across All Competitions During The Season

Newcastle United used 30 players across three competitions during 2014-15 - including three goalkeepers, eight defenders, an astonishing 15 midfielders and four forwards. In fact, a lot of those players were actually used in a variety of positions - with midfielders Ryan Taylor and Vurnon Anita in particular regularly appearing in defence. Alongside the familiar players used in the Premier League, the likes of Lubomir Satka and Callum Roberts were also given first-team opportunities in the cups.
