19. Most Unconvincing Open Letter Of The Season Award
Chris' Winner: Fabricio Coloccini's. Following the embarrassing 3-0 loss at Leicester City at the beginning of May, club captain Coloccini penned an open letter asking the Toon faithful to get behind their team. The Magpies fans had always been behind their side - and Coloccini's "hand-written" letter seemed completely disingenuous. Ross' Winner: Fabricio Coloccini's. Geordie John may have produced the "original handwritten Spanish draft", but this smacked of club PR. Just dreadful.
