NFL: Early Predictions For The Playoffs And Super Bowl

Super Bowl 50

Indianapolis Colts vs. Seattle Seahawks Here we go. The big one. In the AFC corner, the Colts. In the NFC corner, the Seahawks. These two sides rarely meet, with just four encounters since the turn of the millennium, but it is the Colts who emerged victorious from three of those games. The last win came in 2013, as Luck and Wilson stood toe-to-toe for the first time on an NFL field and the former stole a 34-28 result in a game of unbelievable big hits from both men. Their meetings could be few and far between, but that could only add fuel to the excitement when the two best young quarterbacks in the league clash with each other. However, in the space of just two years, both teams have a new feel about them. The Seahawks would be the undoubted favourites, and the Colts would enter Levi's Stadium as underdogs, but it would be a close game; a spectacle of things to come from the next-generation of QB after Manning, Brady & Co. move on. The Colts might be able to squeeze their way into the Super Bowl, but the Seahawks are a balanced unit like no other, and they stand a great chance of walking away with the trophy, though Luck's time will come. SEAHAWKS WIN SUPER BOWL 50
