Norwich City invested a lot of money in their attacking options during the summer. A lot of faith was put in the striking talents of Ricky van Wolfswinkel, who agreed a switch to Carrow Road in a deal worth in excess of £8m in March last year. At the time it seemed to be a solid piece of business for a Dutch striker with very good reputation for scoring goals. After all, the forward had scored 45 goals in all competitions from two seasons playing in Portugal with Sporting Lisbon. However, he hasn€™t yet been able to transfer that sort of form to playing in the English Premier League. It would certainly be nice to think that he will hit the goal trail in the second half of the season.
