5. Left Back - Andrew Robertson
Trent Alexander-Arnold is not the only player evolving the full-back role, his counterpart Andrew Robertson is doing it too. The Scotsman may trail his Liverpool teammate in terms of assists, but he too brings plenty to the side.
Just like Alexander-Arnold, Robertson too is energetic and twinkle-toed. His passing ability is arguably his best feature, as that has yielded seven assists so far.
His partnership with Alexander-Arnold is turning out to be legendary, and has the potential to be one of the best of all-time.
From merely being a part-time player at Queens Park Rangers not long ago to an indispensable figure in Liverpool's defense, Robertson has certainly come a long way. He too is exceptionally hard-working and re-writing the very definition of a left-back.
